    Dear people,

your plug-in works beautifully, when having it afloat in the right corner bottom of my site. But I would like to embed this plug-in as linked text on a page. How do I find/generate such an embed code?

    Kind regards,

    Hi,

Using Shortcodes can add style with in content.

    Hi bhvreddy,

I just don’t understand with which shortcode or HTML script I can embed the plug-in. I just want a style-2 kind of embed of the plug-in. I have tried to do so by adding the following scipt: <chat>WhatsApp</chat> to the HTML WordPress interface. But that does not work.
So, therefore my question: How can I embed the plug-in then in HTML? The specific page is https://www.uweigenvideokanaal.nl/youtube-kanaal/.

    Many thanks in advance,

    Kind regards,

    Piet

    please add shortcode like this

    [chat]

    [chat style=2]

If shortcode is changed in plugin settings add that name with in square brackets ..

    Hi bhvreddy,

thanks for your swift reply. That did help out quite well. However, the plug-in still does not display as I would like. Some things still go wrong. I would like to show it to you via an image, but that’s is not possible on this forum I suppose. I will try in writing:
1 The shortcode makes the text continue on a next line in stead of the existing one.
2 (Only on PC:) Also the word “Whatsapp” shows up floating in the lower right corner, which I can’t seem to switch off. Could you tell me how, please?

    Again, many thanks in advance!

    Kind regards,

    1. thats an autop issue – WordPress add p tag to the before text .. so the next lines will display in new line..

we will try to fix this issue with in 24 hours and update the plugin …

    2. form the plugin settings -> “positions to place” field can change the positions ..

Thank you for reporting the issue ..

    Have a Great Day!

    Hi bhvreddy,

thank you for your willingness to try and correct the first issue within 24 hours.
As for issue 2; I have looked into it, but I cannot find an option to disable the ‘position to place’-options, so that it only appears in the text and not somewhere in the upper left/right or lower left/right corner. Isn’t possible to have the plug-in appear only as a text link and not a (floating) WhatsApp logo in a page corner?

    Kind regards,

    please use this shortcode

    [chat style=2 inline_issue=”true”]

now the issue will be solved.

we silently updated the plugin – please uninstall the plugin and install again

i thought you are planning to change the position..

to disable the floating style ..
    from the plugin settings
the first option “Enable Floating Styles” set to “No”
