• Hi

You used to be able to embed a Google+ post pretty easily into WordPress.

You could just take the link from the post and paste it into your post and it would convert it into something like

    [googleplus url=https://plus.google.com/+Ukhorseracingtipsterstips/posts/Wiqy3zJmm7N]

Or there used to be an option on G+ called “Embed Post” which gave you some JS to insert into your post to do the same thing.

However G+ have taken away their embed post option and you are stil claiming that just posting the link OR using the [googleplus url=https://blah] format still works e.g https://en.support.wordpress.com/google-plus-embeds/

However I have been trying for ages now with Jetpack turned on and off but it makes no difference.

Has this feature gone now – as I know you can still embed Facebook and Twitter posts into your articles.

I just wanted this G+ one as it had a poll on it.

    Any thoughts or solutions?

    Thanks

    Rob
