How to email Support?

  • Hi there,

    I’ve had a fault with a website and can’t get it back online and haven’t had any luck in the forums to rectify — how do you email actual support for support?

    It literally was working before adding pinterest code/link, then an error occurred afterward, removed code/link, and website is in error mode without access to WP login…

    Any help would be really appreciated as so much content has been added to this website that is not currently accessible.

    WordPress doesn’t offer support through these forums for self-hosted sites. What you’ll find here are folk like myself who volunteer their time and skills to help others who are struggling with various WordPress issues. If you require payed help, please try https://jobs.wordpress.net/ or https://jetpack.pro/ and do not accept any hire offers posted to these forums.

    It would appear that your site is hosted by a company called CyrusOne. You could give them a call how help accessing your site via ftp or whatever control panel they provide.

    Hi,
    I have a real basic prblem but can’t figure out what to do. I tried logging into a website someone has. They have a locked account that asks for username and password. So I went to www.remarpro.com and created an account. I went back to their website and tried a few times but only getting locked out temporarily it says.I can log into my account but I don’t understand why I couldn’t on their www.remarpro.com site? It said to wait and try later but still then says tenporarily locked out after a day has passed.Why won’t it accept my username and password?
