I was reviewing the niginx-herper/nginx.log file today. I noticed it’s full of identical ERROR messages (sample follows):

2013-09-23 16:11:19 | ERROR | Error while purging URL. SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate

My site is hosted on a local machine with a self-signed certificate. My WP site is restricted to family use only, but is accessible from the WAN.

How may I disable checking for self-signed certificate to eliminate this error and to ensure that URLs are purged regardless of the self signed certificate?
