How to edit/remove header page menu..

I lost over three years on my website… LONG sad story, the short answer is, my fault.

Now I am rebuilding and everytime I put a page on it adds the title with a clickable link in the header menu…

This pushes the actual static page I want further down each time I add a page.

Have tried the logical and intuitive steps to remove these but have been unsuccessful.

Any assistance is appreciated.
