• I have recently tried WordPress on OpenShift and honestly its awesome. As I installed WP I get to see that its not the normal WordPress that we use, instead is a customized WP version that is installed. So a few questions :

How do I edit the WordPress files? Such as wp-config.php or wp-content folder? Or if I just want to edit robots.txt

I understand Openshift uses GIT but the problem I face is I am unable to map the files in the installation.

    Any help appreciated !

  • I suspect this is a question best asked of OpenShift if they’re providing a customized installation of WP on their service.

@karpstrucking As long as I know OpenShift has a customized version of WP(link). The installation is a one-click installation.
OpenShift mentions that the files can be viewed/edited with the help of GIT although I am having trouble locating the WP folders as the structure of the installation is entirely different.
