How to edit vertical side menu

  • Dear all,
    Need some help from anyone out there to clear the following doubts :

    1. How do edit those vertical side menu? Sample shown below :

    2. What is the storage limit for our website?

    3. I noticed that there’s new version to be updated : “WordPress 4.2.2 is available! Please update now.”, when I tried to update the version, it prompts me FTP password! How do I obtain the FTP ID & password?

    Appreciate if someone there care to assist me on those issues, thank you very much in advanced.

    #Edited Message : I’m able to change the Menu on top, but not able to find the way how to change the vertical side menu items!

  • 1. Do you want to change the name of the menu items? Then you have to change the article names.
    2. You need access to your server, there you should find it.
    3. Just login into your sever provider website and create a new ftp user.
