how to edit title of the pages…

you want to write more WHERE?

do you want more categories to write in?
– go to manage > categories > add new

do you want to change the title of the site (up top)?
– go to options and change the title and description on that page.

do you want to add content?
– go to write > write post OR write > write page and just do it.

all of this happens from within the admin section of your site, which would be found at www.yoursite.com/wp-admin

In your theme’s directory. You probably have a header.php.
Open it up, do you see the <title> tags in there?

I’m trying to create a new tab link on my navigation bar, but I am trying to link to another page not on my domain.

Also, I’m trying to create a new page, but without it appearing on my navigation bar.

I’m kind of new to this whole thing, so any help would be appreciated, even just how to make my own help threads.

Go to the bottom of the main support forums page. Choose the appropriate forum and click on it. Scroll to the bottom of THAT page. You start new posts there.
