How to edit the standard search text?

    Hello,

    I have a problem with the serach text of the theme.
    I cannot change the standard search text into a german version.
    So there is the little magnifier icon in the top navigation. If you click on this icon, there comes the standard text “TYPE YOUR KEYWORD & PRESS ENTER”.
    So my quesion is: Where can I change this text?
    By the way, is there a possibility to change the default color of widgets and the backround of said icon (black), i was only able to chance the other colors (top nav).

    You can edit it in the php-Document “helpers”
    In my case I found it here:
    /wp-content/themes/moon/includes/functions/helpers.php
    But I was only able to edit it over a FTP-Client, so I know no way using the editor in wordpress.
