How to edit the RSS posts and comments link of the META section on the sidebar?

  • Hello,
    I have a META widget, but it is not possible to edit it from the widgets section.

    I would like to change the links of the RSS.
    The meta looks like this:

    * Site Admin
    * Log out
    * Entries RSS
    * Comments RSS
    * www.remarpro.com
