How to edit the Blog Title beyond the text

    Hi,

    Please can someone let me know if it’s possible for me to edit the blog title text so I can insert a number 2 as a squared number i.e. smaller and raised. Is it possible to edit the colour, font etc of the text in the blog title in the General Settings or is best to leave that blank and use a different method like inserting a logo as an image?

    As ever, all help is appreciated.

  • well…I’m not sure which theme your using or anything, but generally changing how your title looks is done in your style.css file in your theme

    If you want to add a squared 2 to your title, the best way may be to hard code it into your header.php, and style it in css with a span, or to use an image….depends really on how you want it to turn out

    It’s a new blog so although I’m looking at using Purple Magic, I don’t have to. I need to be able to show LC2 as the title with the 2 as a squared symbol and a different colour to the LC. At this stage I’m unfamiliar with .css and .php although I realise I will have to learn elements of this in the near future. For now I’m keen to get the blog up and running and would appreciate any direction.
