How to edit the Blog page content

I have been using the Simple theme for a while and just went to start using the Blog feature. I am seeing the correct banner however don’t know how to change the page content. There is a picture and a couple of widget boxes on the right, however none of them show up in the widget menu.

here is the site https://www.hellohomefl.com/review You will see that the page shows up just fine. However there seems to be no interface to change any of the content on that page.
