How to edit Text widget size in header?

    Hi all,

    I would like to be able to either add a text widget in my header without it making disappear my FB, Twitter and search icons on the right. I guess I would have to edit the size of the widget itself but don’t know how.

    Another option here would be to show the site description in header, but if I do so, I also have to show the site title which I don’t want to since there already is the logo there. How can I hide the title and show the description? I tried to modify the CSS with

    ‘
    #site-title {
    display: none;
    }
    ‘

    but then everything disappears (logo, title and description). Can I only hide the title after ticking “show the header text” in appearance?
