How to EDIT subscribers dashboard (profile section)

Ultimately I’m not looking to block or hide the dash to subscribers, but to actually edit what they see inside it.
I have a directory/profile/listing type site and do have those wanting to create a profile or listing, registering and creating their own name and password. So when they log in again they can edit their listing ( on a directory plugin) they also can see the top bar and open that viewing all the options there.
I do know how to change ( via plugin) what they see in the “dashboard
but I don’t want them to have all the options on the profile page.
For example all the color options, website and social media links, the about section.
I’d like to just leave the name contact and password setting in there.
Is this possible?
Any thoughts?
Being that the site is a profile/listing type site using a plugin for them to create and edit a “profile”
Having them see another place to enter profile information is confusing.
Right now I just hid the bar but if someone asks to rest their password…..
