How to edit snippet if there are no 'pages'

Hi,

I have a one page website https://www.saltorsweet.com.

I can easily edit everything on blog posts by going to ‘posts’ on the left hand menu but I cannot edit the snippet for the landing page as it does not appear amongst ‘pages’ – there are no pages there in fact as it’s a one page type website.

any ideas on how I can edit its snippet?
