How to edit shortcode output

  • I’m using the shortcode functions for different dempartments which is really working perfectly. however i would like to edit the template but making changes to staffer-grid.php doesn;t seem to be working. could you help me which file i need to edit or how i can make changes to the output of Shortcodes?
