How to edit portfolio list in Coppola theme

We are using the Coppola theme, and I’d like to change one of the slides on our homepage. When I go to the backend of the homepage and click on the slides on the homepage, ‘Edit Portfolio List’ menu on the left-hand side appears. I can only order the slides under Query in a certain way, such as by date (ascending or descending), post name, title, or ID. Currently, it pulls the images randomly. Regardless of the option I choose, it doesn’t change any of the slides. I would like to feature a slide from a specific post. Is it possible to do this without using a plugin? Thank you in advance.”
