How to edit general.less

  • Hi!

    I have a wordpress theme, but the support really sucks. I want to edit a pre-load image and only the instructions is that edit general.less and a image of the code. I have done some easy css-changes, but I have now idea, where I can find the general.less file. Is there anyone who could help me?
