How to edit Footer/colophon

  • A client’s site (https://gitamirshahiart.com/) has a footer that, if you squeeze the frame, overlays the content above it (albeit with a transparent background).

    I want it to stay BELOW the content… and be opaque in the background. How do I edit that to make it happen?
