How to edit email template

    I’m getting emails with
    Correct Answer: NA
    Comments Entered: NA

    This is simple survey and there are completely useless. It just makes the important information difficult to read.

    How to remove

    Correct Answer: NA
    Comments Entered: NA

    From email template? Or at least hide it.

    I have removed

    <br/>Correct Answer: %CORRECT_ANSWER%<br/>Comments Entered: %USER_COMMENTS%

    from all files I have found it, but it still shows in result emails! Please help
