How to edit dashboard

  • Hello,
    i attached a screen and i have a few question. I am learning with WP and create plugin to WP so i hope i will have right questions ??

    1) How to edit the links and text under the Dashboard icon?

    2) How to hide some links (or add) in dashboard upper panel?

    3) And how to hide the text in point 3. on image?
