how to edit css of CAN SPAM and unsubscribe links

Hi
I have set the link colour in the ‘edit and style email’ area and the links in the the footer area appear okay there but when I go to preview they revert to orange. Where do I set this colour? (I have set the link styles in the body and content areas)cheers
