How to dynamically link from one post to another

I’m a bit of a newbie to wordpress so I’m sure there’s any easy workaround.

I need to generate a series of image-links that then link to a different page than their own post.

I’m using posts with a name and an image to generate the image-link, but then I want them to link to a different page instead of their own post.

There will be a listing of artists with their name and an image, when the user clicks on the image or name it takes them to an artist page that contains different content. Here’s an image of what I’m talking about:
