How to duplicate theme and rename it so it works?

  • I want to copy and paste boostrap themes and only change the CSS file.

    So I need to change the theme name, and files, ect…

    How can I do that?

    I Drupal I need to change some stuff in the .info file

    What is the equivalent procedure in wordpress.

    My goal is to copy the whole folder, paste it, and rename it, and then make it work with a new name.
