How to download v3.7

I reported a bug that v3.7.1 is causing on my site but haven’t heard back. I understand that it might be a conflict with my specific theme so I would like to roll back to using 3.7.0 which worked fine. However, under the developer options, I do not see a link to download 3.7.0. Any suggestions on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.
