How to download own content?

This may seem like an odd question… I am looking for a way to “harvest” my own blog entries in bulk, preserving all formatting, and import them into MS Word. I can, of course, copy each one off the Web, but would like to have the growing collection in one place for selection, re-editing and forwarding elsewhere. I regularly back up my SQL database using WP-DBB and also the cPanel 11 feature, but haven’t figured out how to turn the results back into formatted articles.

If there’s an easy way to do this, I’d appreciate advice.
