how to download freshy them

I have a new site https://www.mjdrurylaw.com, I installed FRESHY theme however it won’t allow me to change the header, there’s no HEADER menu under APPEARANCE. I downloaded the theme from other website coz FRESHY doesn’t show on my dashboard list of themes.

i want to use this theme because this is what I used on my other wordpress site.
