How to download event submitter details

    Sorry if this has been answered, it’s not easy to search the site or this forum unfortunately!

    I need to email all of the people who have “anonymously” submitted an event to our listing. We have over 100 events at the moment so I’d rather not do it manually… is there an easy way to export that information? Or do I need to do it from the back end?

  • You can do it from WP admin. Go to Events > Bookings and click on the event you want data for.

    On the next screen you’ll see a CSV icon under the Bookings heading.

    Hmmm… sorry, I’m confused. I don’t see a Bookings option.

    Just to clarify, I’m not trying to email event attendees, I want to email the event organizers. These are people who listed events on our site using the Events Submission form. I don’t have Pro but I’ll buy it if I need it in order to export all of these contacts.

    All of the events are organized for a big worldwide event, and I want to email them about resources they can use.

    sorry, I’m afraid that this isn’t available at the moment; however, maybe you can try to use some sql to do this.

    i have the MySQL table export, can anyone give me some help on finding the email addresses? Are they stored somewhere besides “wp_em_events” table?

    They’re stored in the wp_postmeta table. Each one will have a meta key called _event_owner_email.

    It imports/exports csv and xcal. Maybe that’ll help.

    Disclaimer – we haven’t tested this, and we can’t help you with problems you run into whilst importing/exporting.
