    Hi, I have issue with printed receipts in my restaurant. Since the beginning almost 25% of all order’s receipts doesn’t print at all. So I have the simpliest idea in the world: print not 1 but 2 copies of current receipt. 1st receipt normally print and 2nd one after for example 60 seconds. How to do that? It’s the biggest challenge for my online stuff in therestaurant. Please for help.

    Please install the version 2.0 sample release from this thread. It can help you in three ways:

    • First, the number 1 cause of missing or late printed receipts is that the WooCommerce “ThankYou” hook, which we used to trigger printing a receipt is not really reliable enough. If you install the new plugin, then you can change the order printing trigger to a a different method based on the order status (usually order status “processing” is best).
    • Second, the beta version lets you enable multiple copy printing.
    • Finally, the new version includes a “reprint” button on the WooCommerce edit order page, so you can also manually re-print orders if needed.

    If you are still experiencing difficulties, then it may be an issue with your hosting provider using a traffic filter that uses very heavy caching. In that case, they may be able to add a rule for you to prevent caching to your sites CloudPRNT URL.
