How to do this ! approach

    First of all, don’t take care too much to my english , sorry !
    I need your help, support is very very quiet !

    My goal is to calculate “Angel”, for example :

    User will register :
    1. Birthday date (dd/m)
    2. Hours birth : hh and minutes birth : mmm

    Calculation will be :
    My base angels (72 angels) depends of date first, if you are born in March 22, your angel will be X

    There’s date slide to determinate name’s angel, same for hour and same for minutes. You have three angels differents !

    Somebody could tell me how to do this with ezform, I think it’s a conditionnal form but I’m lost
