how to do the click to chat button in the fixed position, not sharing button

  • I would like to add click to chat button in the right side of my website, it should be fixed floated. there are 2 options.

    1) plugin I searched some plugins, but they are for social sharing, but I donot want social sharing button, I would like click to chat button for skype, whatsapp viber only.
    please tell the name of click to chat button plugin, not sharing

    2) I know the plugin can do it, but it will lower the website speed. How to achieve it without plugin, just like this website from vietnam, please see the link in “link to the pay you need help with” for privacy reason. they have whatsapp ,skype, viber click to chat button
