• Hello Everyone,

I’m looking to set up a registration page, that would then allow someone access to secure pages on my website. I’d like to have the ability to choose who I grant access. Do I do this with plugins and if so, what should I look at?

Here’s what I’d like to do. Thanks in advance for any help. Much appreciated. -Patrice

-Customer clicks on website “Registration” link.
-They are taken to a landing page where they enter their contact information (Name, email, company, username)
    -Customer completes form.
-They click through to a “Terms of Agreement” popup
-They agree to the “Terms of Agreement” by clicking a box
-User notification: A page or pop up window appears, AND an auto responder is automatically triggered to send an instant email message notifying registrant that they will receive account approval within 24 hours.
-Admin Notification: Email is automatically sent to website administrator notifying them of new registrant, and contains all form field information.
-Website administrator approves customer registration, then generates random/unique password for registrant thereby granting customer access to password protected area of website.

Customers now can access this section any time using the password given to them, they can retrieve a forgotton password, or generate a new one of their choosing.

*Administrator has ability to manage/monitor passwords and customer access to this section. There should be some type of admin panel for password access section where administrator can click a button to automatically generate a password and email notification to customer of approval (and email contains generated password).
