• Hi Team,
I tried to submit a ticket on your web apge but not success. Look like you don’t do proper testing (see this – https://imgur.com/a/ETRWSik).

Now lets talk about issue –

I am using Free version of this plugin for my blog comedymood.com (kindly use VPN, if you are accessing this blog from EU region)

The problem is, Every time if i want to add or remove some script, I have to complete wizard-process again and again. its too much frustrating and time consuming. Also Some cookies which i delete in wizard (like google font) re-appear when start wizard again (so another delete and save process) . I would suggest you that make this as tabbed and skippable so that i can go to script page directly.

    Hope you understood my concern.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @sudhir600,

    Thanks for the feedback.

I just tested the support tab again, it worked without any problems (using Chrome on Mac). As we receive support requests through this form every day, it seems to work for others as well. If you can send us more details about the exact way to reproduce it that would be great.

If you want you can also email us directly at support(at)complianz.io

Thank you for your suggestions. As you mention tabbed and skippable: in the current wizard, you can click the steps (which have the function of tabs) to go straight to the step/tab you want to edit, then skip all other steps and go directly to the last step to finish. Is that what you mean?

We’ll take a look how to make it more clear that the steps are clickable. The improvements based on your suggestions will probably make it to version 1.3, version 1.2 is already in beta.

I’ll check the deletion of cookies. After deleting it should get added to a “deleted” list, preventing it from getting added by the scan again. If there are any issues with that I’ll try to get it patched for 1.2.

Edit: Apparently I was late to the party:)

    Hi Sudhir!

First of all, thanks for your valuable feedback. We really appreciate any constructive feedback:)

Let’s start with the first issue, the submit button seems to keep loading. Could I ask you which browser and OS you are using? I am not able to replicate your problem at this time. Please let me know, so we can fix this asap.

The second issue I understand completely, we will have a look how to solve this before our next update!

    Hi @rogierlankhorst and @aahulsebos

Thanks for prompt reply. I am using Chrome 68.0.3440.75 (Official Build) (64-bit) on window 10 (64 bit). That button is still not working. 1st i tried without login but i was not successed so i created an account with sudhir.c****d*** ( you can check my new email in signup list). I don’t know why this issue happen.

    About the issue-

@rogierlankhorst, as per your suggestion, i do the same but still it take too much time and process become lengthy ( every time i need to assure that, nothing goes wrong). so I think, “script setting page” should be under either “Settings” menu or “Cookie warning settings” with two tab. one with current menu and another is script part. (make sense ?)

    (@rogierlankhorst)

Yes, that maken sense. I’ll add the option to edit the script center in a separate menu item. I can probably include this in the next update.

I have fixed the returning cookie issue, and added a “script center” menu item. This will be released in the coming version.
