How to do away with hotlinked Navigation Menu

Use the Custom Links in Menu’s to create just that part of the menu. For url, just enter # and Link Text as Services.

Where do you see Custom Links in the Menu area? I don’t see it. I’m using Mega Menus

Nevermind. I see that I just create a new custom menu. However, I don’t see where you can customize the url of the menu?
