how to do a Dashboard reset

Select screen options and deselect all the options:

We are looking for away to reset the dashboard. It looks like is was custom setup.

Try disabling the Ali2Woo plugin.

We disable the Ali2Woo plugin. But that dose not seem to work.

Disable all plugins and then enable one by one until you find which one modifies the dashboard. Could it be WooCommerce?

If that doesn’t help then try enabling a stock WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty.

I tried to the unable the plugin but it seem not to work. We are using Flatsome.

the reason why we would like to change this, is so we can see the WordPress update. as we know we are running a lower version.
