How to do 100 redirect orders easily?

    Hello,
    I am sing WP MU.
    And, I want to move some 150 posts from one of the sites to the other.

    I am already using WordPress SEO plugin and(I think) I know how to do 301 redirect through it.
    But I will have to open and update all the 150 pages one by one.

    Is there a fastest way to do it?

    For example; a plugin that do not conflict with WordPress SEO AND let me insert all the redirect orders in one page?
