How to displayed postings by many user on parent page

  • dear all, i need some help guys…. ??

    asumsed i have WP MU installed and have some account on it, there is:

    index.example.com
    user1.example.com
    user2.example.com
    user3.example.com

    there’s account actualy have many posting, and i want to display theres posting every sub-account(user1,user2, and user3) into main page(index).

    Can I do this? then how? whether to add plug-in? or use RSS feeds?
