How to display video & audio posts in posts, comments & bookmark tab

    I notice that under user post & bookmark tab it doesn’t display the uploaded video & audio in the posts only the image and while under the comment tab it doesn’t display image, video & audio uploads. It would be shame since I allow the users to upload image, video & audio in their post & comments and they can’t see it under their user profile. So how do I make these file formats display under post, comment & bookmark tabs?
