How to display user bio option without backend

I am trying to have the option for users to edit their user bio without having to go through the backend. So I want them to be able to edit it from their profile page. I know I can add a field from Extended Profiles, but then I want that to be displayed as their core bio. So if I were to use other plugins such as Sexy Author Box to display a user and their bio, it would show there.
