How to display URL feeds in Excerpts & Thumbnails Just purchased the Add On

    Hello,

    I just purchased the add on Excerpts & Thumbnails. And I am a bit confused and frustrated. I am a developer and I installed WP RSS Aggregator to save development time. All I want to do is display the feed from a URL into a page. ‘

    I can see the feeds and excerpts that I created from the URL in the WordPress dashboard but it would not display the image excerpt in a page.

    So I purchased the Add On Excerpts & Thumbnails thinking that would solve my problem by displaying the images and Excerpts Thumbnails in a page.

    So thinking inserting the shortcode “[wp-rss-aggregator]” in the page would display the URL feed that I created specifically for that particular feed, instead it pulled other RSS feeds that I already have and spent many hours of development time creating those RSS feeds from different sources.

    I DO NOT WANT THOSE FEEDS TO BE PULLED, ONLY THE URL FEED THAT I CREATED SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS TASK.

    Is there a shortcode that I am not aware of that I can insert in a page that would display ONLY Excerpts Thumbnails in a page from the new feed URL?

    If not, I am going to kindly ask for a refund for the Excerpts Thumbnails Add On.

    Hello…

    I finally figured out how to use the Excerpts & Thumbnails shortcode and just paused all other feeds that were displaying in my page.

    However, I am experiencing duplicate Excerpts & Thumbnails for example, I have 10 articles from the Daily Beast and it will display all 10 Excerpts & Thumbnails twice.

    I tried to look on your Web site for any documentation in regards to duplicate content feeds and it mentioned that in some cases it comes from the source URL feed and that’s not the case.

    There are NO Duplicates when viewing the import feed from WordPress Dashboard in the Feed Items, so it’s definitely coming from the WP RSS Aggregator logic.

    And I have Unique titles only box checked, Any thoughts? Also THE PAGE LOADS VERY SLOW (current load time varies 15-30 seconds) . Whereas, all my other pages load very fast. It makes testing very frustrating.

    If I can’t get it to load in 1 second, I am just going to deactivate the plugin.

    My issues were not resolved and I deactivated the plugin and requested a refund but I have not gotten a response yet. I would appreciate if someone would respond to my email that I sent.
