How to display sub categories, need help…

    Can anyone explain to me how to enable the displaying of sub categories as Thumbnails on the Shop page?

    It’s hard for me to understand why this setting isn’t more obvious, because, on the backend in WordPress WooCommerce has a Categories interface that allows me to create sub categories. Yet, when I navigate to the Shop and select a Parent Category Thumbnail it doesn’t display the next page with it’s respective Sub Categories. Instead it displays Products.

    I guess this could be called a “Browse by Categories” feature in case others are searching for this same topic.

    Ha, I discovered that if no products are associated with the sub category then they don’t display. Problem solved!
