How to display Single Entry on a single page

Perhaps I’m not selecting the correct combination of fields in the shortcode. But I would like to use this for team entries in a tournament. Team name, players, contact info. I can get the directory to display in a nice table with team name and captain. But when I click on the team I would like to see a similar table with the rest of the form data, i.e., the players list. It seems whatever combination I try the single display is a big wide table with no nice formatting like the directory. Is this how it is supposed to be? If not, what combination should I select to make it a simple list with the player detail? I can’t seem to get the unordered list to work on the entry detail page.

Also, does this not work correctly if I would like to display two directories (from two different forms) on a single page?
