How to display recent documents/media uploads in the sidebar?

  • Hey folks,

    is there a way (a plugin maybe?) to display a list of the most recent uploads to the media library across posts? I’d like to make a list with all the links to the pdfs, videos, stuff I share on the blog.

    i also have been looking for such a widget or plugin. can anyone help?

    I would like to also solve this one. This forum post come up first when searching here for “display downloads in sidebar.” It would be nice if someone would add the answer so that future searchers can stop here.
