how to display real customers (only) on free version?

In the description, under the regular (non-pro) version, it’s listed that:

“you can build content of notification of real purchased products or assumed to be purchased products.”

So how do I show from real customers
and how do I only show from real customers?

Oh and when I tried the basic settings, there’s some bugs I noticed:
– reloading the page gets you the exact same city every time (in my case from Houston)
instead of a real random one from the list of cities.
– it didn’t pick the names listed (the default ones), but instead said “someone”
(and there’s no option to select anonymous vs show name..something that would be great).
– product thumbnail leaves an empty space below,
probably because I have rectangular thumbnails for my store and maybe
this plugin assumes square ones?..
