Hi, i need some info about how I can do this:

I want to have a Location Selector popup at the website startup.. and based on the selection i want to display my products.(the location will be saved in the user session)

There will be a few major cities (say 7-8) in my country where i want to sell my product according to the availability of the product at that city. Few set of products are available in ALL THE CITIES and some are available ONLY IN FEW CITIES. So I want to display the products according to the selection made by the visitor.

Is there any plugin available to have this kind of classification and please recommend your suggestions.

And it is good to mention that this is not about shipping methods or rates. this is merely about showing products to the visitor and making him able (or unable) to add those products to the order list.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there! ??

It sounds like the Product Visibility by Country for WooCommerce plugin might do the job for you. Here is a direct link to this plugin:

    Hi
    thanks for answering so soon.
But actually i am looking for something related to city.
i have a plugin installed that adds the city of Iran to the lists of cities in the checkout page, but i want to control the visibility of the items of the whole store based of the cities of the visitors.
    Is that even possible?

    I would appreciate your help.
    Sincerely

Now I see! I’m not sure how to achieve that but I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.

I can also recommend the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce.

You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.

    Cheers!

We’ve not seen any activity on this thread for a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved.

Hopefully, you were able to find a solution to your problem! If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.

    Cheers!

Please take a look at Multi-location Inventory Management Plugin

You can create location and name them as per your city. Customers can select the city from location list and see if it has stock to order from that location.

    I hope this helps ??
