How to display post tags

Hello from a small island in Thailand!
Loving this plugin, it finally provided a solution for us and allowed us to insert posts (each including a video and description of the video) into a page where we wanted to list these posts with videos and create study journeys.
Our only challenge now is how to display also the tags that each post was assigned. For instance here: academyoftheobvious.com/inner-journeys-spirituality/happiness/ The post tags are showing only when the user clicks on the title of the video (and gets to the full size of the post but most users won’t do that) so we need the tags to be showing already on the page where all posts are listed.
I inserted these posts by using the shortcode [insert page=’793′ display=’content’]. How to adjust the shortcode to also display the tags, please?
