How to Display post as Contact Details

  • I am searching for a plugin to display my post as contact details. Like it will display a photo, mobile number, name, address, email and a short note/description. And I will have a list with the associated number, name,address, email etc. as a admin.

    And in the category page, or search result it will show only the name , photo, and mobile no.

    How to do this.

    Please help me.
