How To Display Page Title in Header Only

    I’m almost finished w/ my client’s site. I’d like to make a single, minor structural change. For this site, I only have a couple of static pages and I only want the page title to be displayed in page header (next to the star icon) and not at the top of the body text of the page. Your demo shows this behavior: Standard Post. I’d simply like to remove the 2nd occurrence of “Standard Post”, next to the writing pad icon.
