How to display Menu ?

Hello I am using the theme in elixze.com but unfortunately I am not able to check how I can display the menu.. the basic in build menu itself is not seen…

Secondly.. the background youtube video seems to play continuously… is it possible to stop it after once.. or keep it in pause mode.. not auto start…
