How to display index.html on home page

Hello,

I have a premium theme on my wordpress site and am using all in one seo along with wp sef urls. The home page is a dynamic page populated using the latest blog posts option in the theme options. the canonical urls are appearing on every page but how do i get index.html to show up on the home page? i hope i’m clear on what i’m asking. thank you in advance for your help.
